Kenneth is the elder of Bankie's two sons. He is married and has two children, Kenny and Kendall. Ken is also National Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences. Ken is a University of Houston graduate and he concentrates his time in the Pasadena office. He has been awarded the prestigious 'Hearing Aid Dispenser of the Year Award' in the State of Texas, as well as the coveted President's Award. Mr. Haesly has served as President of the Texas Hearing Aid Association and the Houston Area Hearing Aid Dispensers Association. In 2005, he was appointed to the State Committee of Examiners in the Fitting and Dispensing of Hearing Instruments by Governor Rick Perry. This prestigous honor runs through 2011. He is also a member of the International Hearing Society, a Rotarian and a Paul Harris Fellow recipient.

Mary Banks 'Bankie' Lavender has been a Houston resident and business owner since 1966. She grew up in Hillsboro, Texas, is a University of Houston graduate, and a member of First Presbyterian Church of Houston. Bankie has received many recognitions for her accomplishments in the business community: including Federation of Houston Professional Women's Woman of Excellence and Distinction in Business. She is a member of the Houston Area Hearing Aid Dispensers Association, Texas Hearing Aid Association, and International Hearing Society, as well as, having the distinction of being National Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences.
